About Us

The Oilerie began 22 years ago in Fish Creek, Wisconsin by owners Curt and Amy Jo Campbell.  After much success, and even an appearance on the popular TV show Shark Tank, they decided to retire and pass the reigns on to new owners Scott and Leslie Monroe and Tera Gremminger.  The three new owners are looking forward to carrying on the legacy that Curt and Amy Jo had begun.  Sourcing the EVOOs and Balsamic from the same place and having the same ability to try it before you buy it is part of the commitment to keep the same quality of products and customer service.
